First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any area that require special attention. The power of essential oils is twofold. Firstly, through inhalation, you’ll be relaxed by their lovely calming smell, but also, they penetrate the skin and move quickly into your bloodstream, loosening any muscle pains and working on any suppressed tension you’ve got. Through the physical effects of the oil on your body, and the smells travelling through your super-sensitive nasal passage to your brain to help relax you emotionally, you can imagine why some people manage to totally conk out during an aromatherapy massage. Essential oils can do everything from energise to de-stress or reinvigorate, so your therapist will have a proper consultation with you before you start to assess where you’re at emotionally, as well as checking in on any aches and pains.

Massage Booking Policy Booking in Advance • You are welcome to book your massage at any time through any of our channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, or our website). Cancellation or Rescheduling • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer your slot to another client and keep our therapists’ schedules running smoothly. • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit. Deposit Policy • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. • If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), the deposit will be fully forfeited. Late Arrival • If you arrive late, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client. • The full treatment price still applies for late arrivals. Exceptions • We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., sudden illness or accident), we may, at our discretion, allow a one-time reschedule without loss of deposit. • To request an exception, please notify us as soon as possible and provide confirmation where appropriate. How to Notify Us • The fastest way to notify us is via phone or WhatsApp. • Email is not recommended for last-minute changes, as it may not be checked immediately
