There are different types of strokes and movement that make up the signature massage technique and each has the unique design. The therapist will use their hands, forearms or elbows to rub your muscles in long gliding movements pushing blood in the direction of your heart. An oil or lotion is used to help with movement. There’s also kneading and tapping, and your limbs may be bent and stretched. Massage is brilliant at combating stress and relaxing the mind and body. It’s not just about getting rid of those knots! Your circulation and lymphatic system will be boosted, and massage helps with this and also chronic pain. The pressure can be as light or firm as you like. Don’t assume that a pint-sized masseuse will go easy on you or that a giant can’t be gentle. Ask for what you’d like. Same goes for any areas that are off-limits due to injury or just feeling uncomfortable. It is essential to inform the therapist of your expectations prior to your treatment. HOW DOES IT WORK: Once your massage therapist has asked about your various aches and pains, they’ll leave the room so you can undress. You’ll usually be asked to strip down to your underwear and to lie down on a massage table covered up by towels and a sheet. Most massage therapists use a bed with a head hole so that you’re comfortable lying face-down. Some beds are even heated which is an added treat.

Massage Booking Policy Booking in Advance • You are welcome to book your massage at any time through any of our channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, or our website). Cancellation or Rescheduling • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer your slot to another client and keep our therapists’ schedules running smoothly. • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit. Deposit Policy • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. • If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), the deposit will be fully forfeited. Late Arrival • If you arrive late, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client. • The full treatment price still applies for late arrivals. Exceptions • We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., sudden illness or accident), we may, at our discretion, allow a one-time reschedule without loss of deposit. • To request an exception, please notify us as soon as possible and provide confirmation where appropriate.
