Cancellation Policy
Massage Booking Policy Booking in Advance • You are welcome to book your massage at any time through any of our channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, or our website). Cancellation or Rescheduling • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer your slot to another client and keep our therapists’ schedules running smoothly. • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit. Deposit Policy • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. • If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), the deposit will be fully forfeited. Late Arrival • If you arrive late, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client. • The full treatment price still applies for late arrivals. Exceptions • We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., sudden illness or accident), we may, at our discretion, allow a one-time reschedule without loss of deposit. • To request an exception, please notify us as soon as possible and provide confirmation where appropriate.
